The timer in the upper left, is that added in post, or some plugin that's been made?

The timer in the lower left was added in post to get an exact frame timing for the run. The split timer in the upper left is an application called LiveSplit (livesplit.github.io/) that is commonly used by speedrunners to gauge their performance on a run. I have made a few edits to the splits since I started using it; picking more consistent landmarks for repeatability on when the split is reached.

Ok. So it doesn't reference landmarks in game, you just have to be sure to follow the same route then?

My splits reference ingame landmarks (though it does not do that in the game itself), which does require me to follow the same route, more or less, operating under assumption that the route I have is the best one to follow.
