Depends what kind of bowler you are. I bowled on no oil with a spareball and I had to throw it very very hard to get it to hit pocket. @BucksCorner1012 жыл бұрын
@@loggles003 Unless you're going with the 2 handed release seen here. You certainly need to use your thumb to prevent injuring yourself. It's a critical piece to controlling your ball mechanics. You do not want to "twist" anything while bowling. Wrists, forearms, elbows, shoulders should always be as straight as possible. Or correct angles, 45, 90 etc. You'll want to roll your hand upwards to the side of the ball pre-release to initiate the "hook" aspect of it. Good luck out there! Hope this helped a little bit!

So clarify for us. Had the lanes just not been ran in a day or two or did you run the machine down the lane to clean them and then set it to lay zero oil. Or to remove the oil from machine all together and applied zero. I mean I want to see front end to be 100% dry like the backends. I have always wondered how hard that would be to bowl. I mean we have all been to a bowling alley some where that had 50 plus games on a lane and just burned up. But you are wiping your ball off and zero oil you would not need to. Also I have a challenge for you. In Chandler Oklahoma there is a bowling center that has a 101ft lane. It is only about 3 hours of a drive from Wichita but it would be fun to see a pro bowler vs amateur on it. I have not yet bowled it but it is only about a 1/2 hour from the house. It looks like a real nice house. Route 66 Bowl. I have been in it 2 times but the alley was not open at the time. I bet a lot of people would like that. I would be happy to be your amateur.
