Man.... Pete Weber strike @7:25 was one strike I remember from my childhood. I had this match on my vcr tape and this strike was my favorite one of them all. Thanks for showing this one.

When someone goes back to back messengers on you for a Major, it’s just their day. This was definitely a great watch.

Gotta love messengers and lucky strikes in general, I threw a terrible shot the other day, it left the 1-2-5-9 and a pin from the back took out the nine, it fell forward and took out the five which took out the two which took out the head pin

If I was a bowling pin, being the victim of a messenger, is much more preferable to being the target of a spare conversion.

At 7:23 how did Bo Burton saw the headpin took out the 3-6-10? Almost you can see that in slow replay plus changing speed playback at .25x.

Brendan Kwapis yea how does that even happen at this level?? (My guess = foot fault). And then next frame open wow. Also the timestamp is 7:58
@Igloo34713 жыл бұрын
Double guttered in the second, leaked both to the right and they went in the drink. Think the next frame he left the 3-6-10 and opened. Had three gutter balls in the same telecast.

So bowling is 100 times easier then 70's 80's and some of the 90's but the best power player i ever saw was the buzzsaw John gant how can you not in clued him. Thanks amazing.

i mean the current definition of the term typical house bowler didnt come from back then. it came from the massive improvement in technology allowing for reactive resin to dominate the game and allow for the most mediocre of house bowlers to have averages of more than 200. that said it doesnt mean bowling is a lot easier, but higher scores are a lot easier. how do you test a bowler’s skill then? flat oil patterns. thats why i suggest bringing back the flat 1:1 patterns in the us open. or cheetah which pushes bowlers to the danger zone. you dont have professionals throwing 80 gutter balls in a tournament except when you put them on cheetah
