This might be the 30`th time I`ve seen this match but it is so well played that I will go so far and say Tomme Jones plays the best bowling I have ever seen right here. Two different approaches, two different speeds and balls and so much more. Great bowling by Tommy Jones.

What a terrific match. Tang is young and will go on to a fantastic career in the PBA. Sometimes when you get in these tournaments a player just gets in the zone, and no matter how good you are, it's just impossible to beat them. I bowled professionally for 15 years and let me tell you some in here say it's should be easy to bowl a 300 being a Pro, but believe me it's not easy, it takes a lot of skill, and also the right ball, lane conditions and most important concentration, and some luck :) I had a great career, bowled against some of the best in the world, and loved every minute of it. In fact, i run two bowling centers now, and it's been a pleasure to be part of such a great sport, with so many great people I met along the way. Thank you PBA!!

I really wish we could get a PBA regional member from the Bay Area to talk about the Tang family's *extensive* sandbagging & disrespectful behavior towards other bowlers in Junior Gold qualifying tournaments while they bowled at 4th Street in the early 2010s, if *ANY* of that came out before Darren's first telecast him and his brother would've *NEVER* had a professional career.

It's been a long time since I watched the PBA but watching this is incredible. The last 300 game I saw on TV was in 1995. The PBA was in Michigan for a tournament that week.

After becoming a bowler this last year and joining a league. The appreciation for the concentration and skill this sport takes is incredible. And it's so much fun. I recommend anyone pick up bowling as a hobby.

I'm bowling next week for the first time in about 10 years - going out with the "dads" at school. I used to average 185 but I'm way out of practice and I also have to use a house ball so as not to look like a show-off etc. bringing my own ball. Will probably score about 120!

It’s always nice to see somebody bowl a 300 game. It’s even better when you bowl one yourself. When I bowled my 300 game in 2018 it was emotional and I was nervous because that’s not an easy thing to do.

I never did get my 300. Several 27x's (and a no-tap 300, but that doesn't count). You start getting nervous about 8 or 9 strikes in, and every time you get up to bowl the alley goes quiet. It's definitely an interesting experience. Congrats on your 300.

You're right. It's not easy at all. I never got close to bowling 300. The highest score I ever got was 202.

the last time I bowled, I was in Job Corps in Astoria, OR in 1992. I never had a 300 game, but I came close, bowled a 298. sadly not only I missed the 300, but ended with the 7-10 split.
