There's a study that shows that after 2-3 days of backpacking, with limited to no human interaction, people actually get smarter. I'm a long distance hiker/backpacker, who's fortunate to live in a mountain forest, and the connection between mind, body and nature is too overwhelming to deny. But there are a couple of necessary components which I think keeps a lot of people out of the wilderness. And that's humility and respect.

A scientific study is available to analyze brain activity (or inactivity) of usage. The calmness nature is available to provide. What it can never measure, the positivity nature provides a person's soul. Immeasurable ❤

We moved to the country 6 years ago. Spring blossoms or thigh deep snow, I go out when I feel blue. It lightens my mood and resets my mind.

A pity he didn’t do some sort of guided Forest Therapy rather than being left to wander. Even so a useful presentation.

Less generic forced jokes. More information. Would be nice. Also this was already studied in many ways. (Yes more studies needed) so this was readily available information and very basic.

I recommend the doctor deleting his result from the pool. Or put a asterisk next the data. He wasn’t taking it seriously (cracking jokes) His result may cause a blip in the data. No offense to the dude.
