Marlene’s Nephew has become well known himself-David Keanu Sai-as the Chairman of the Council Of Regency Of The Acting Government Of The Hawaiian Kingdom and for being the Chief Agent for the Hawaiian Kingdom before an arbitral tribunal of the Permanent Court of Arbitration at The Hague in The Netherlands in the case of Larsen v Hawaiian Kingdom in December 2000.
