​@pbtecknology, thanks for the video... I did everything you suggested but no positive result. I got a technician who use one device for detecting signal to track the signal but still to no avail. We were even able to ascertain that the lnb is working by testing with another decoder

Sure. If it's unable to scan, it indicates that there's lack of stable satellite signal. So let someone check the satellite dish to get you the signal.

The signal is not enough for all the channels to work. Get some few numbers on top of the current signal quality percentage

It's not available on every Zapper HD decoder currently. It's only On DStv Explora Decoders. It's DStv new upgrade, I can't confirm if it will be back or not.
