How i heard about this is back in 2009 i saw it through a promotion video of the Wii internet video. i didn't really care for it til 8 years later when it launched on the Wii U and i immediately got it.

Missed extra guys on the underwater stage in 1, also when you are at full power you dont need to bonk the volcanic rocks, all you need to do is stand there and you get hits. You also missed hidden 1ups at the begining and right before the first elevator.

King Drool is so unforgiving. No matter how you hit him, you're going to get hurt in exchange. All the better reason to increase your heart capacity and collect more extra lives by repeated bonks on the same enemy.

Well, anyways, these rules with longplays do not appear to be very consistent as much as I have viewed, unless this is an earlier video when such rules have yet been established. Seems to me such rules are made up "as we go along".

This was a decent game. Bonk was the mascot for the Turbo Grafx 16. This series of games was decent. It certainly was not as good as the Sonic games or Mario games.

I find the Bonk games just as good and entertaining as a Mario or Sonic game personally. The little guy had attitude (unlike Sonic he had a reason for it, being a caveman and all, and having to avoid being eaten by dinosaurs), and his powerups basically transformed his head or body, into some very weird things. And when Bonk gets flattened, he turns into a crab for some unknown reason.
