A simple solution for the "This feature is blocked per your xbox live parental control settings" message when trying to play FH4 online.
Only works if you know your password :p
I'm not tech support and I don't know why it won't work for you. I made this video and it worked for me and others. Chances are if you write a comment asking how to fix a different error I won't respond cuz you guessed it, I don't know.

Yoo i have the same problem, but when i try to log into xbox and click on the privacy thing i just get redirected to some parental control page where it says a parent has to log in etc, but i have an adult acc and im not in a family on microsoft.

I found the fix, basically make an account, make a family on Microsoft and add the acc u are having problems with AS a child, then u can log on to the new acc on Xbox and give ur main acc all the permissions u need

I guys i solved the issue if you get directed to support. Go into your Microsoft account you use on your Xbox account then go to family and leave the family then it should work. make sure to like this comment so people can se this!

Diggety Dog yeah if your on pc just go to microsoft.com login and change your birthday so your at least 18 yrs old and apply it, then relaunch forza and you should have access to skins, auction house etc

If this doesn't work, you're probably stuck with a child account, so Microsoft locked account settings for you. Here's a get-around. 1. Make an alternate E-mail account that you can sign into later 2. Use the aforementioned E-mail account to create a Microsoft Account. Set your age to before 1990, just to be safe. 3. Go to Microsoft Family and create a family group using the Microsoft alt account. 4. Add your main E-mail account (NOT THE ALT ACCOUNT'S EMAIL) to the family group. Set it as a member and NOT an organizer. This step is crucial. 5. Do what Microsoft tells you to, this includes filling in the captcha, pressing "accept" to the invite, and signing into the main account 6. Create an Xbox/Xbox Live account with the ALT account. 7. On the alt account click on your profile in the upper right hand corner, select the (...) and press Xbox settings. Go to Privacy & online safety, then log in (if Microsoft wants you to log in again). 8. Select the Xbox One/Windows 10 Online Safety tab, enable everything in the " can:" menu. Scroll down and press submit. 9. Open FH4 10. The auction house should be open. If not, then go back to the Xbox settings and enable every single thing except for "Real Name" and "You can share your real name with friends of friends" Scroll back down to the submit button and press it. Refer to step 9 and launch FH4 again. You now probably have access to the auction house.

As y'all can see I did a very good job of replying to comments. Sarcasm. Anyway, there won't be any videos on FH4 from me ever again. My 700+ hour save won't load and after trying all of the stuff those Microsoft shitheads told me, the only way to play again is by starting from scratch and there's no way I'm doing that. Making this video was cool and I enjoyed it, I see I helped a lot of people. I didn't respond to comments because (as the description says) I'm not support and I just got lucky with this solution. Here's how it worked for me; On the pc, if you're younger than 18, it will automatically say that you need a "parental account" that has to fix the settings for you. However, you can change your "profile age" to 18 in the profile settings, this method worked for me and now i can access the auction house + tunings.

I need help because every time that i go to the privacy page where I'm supposed to be able to tick all of those categories it leads to a pop down support page.
