Cheltenham police are called to Twins Hair Studio to remove a fox. The task falls to the aptly named PC Fox to be the first enter the salon.

Why didn't the police find a 24 hour locksmith to open the door? It's a simple job - I'm a locksmith - the door could be secured afterwards. Pointless to break the glass panel - and who secured the shop afterwards?

Why did they shatter the glass and cause monetary damage instead of calling the owner? Could it be that chose to because they're not encouraged by leadership and face ZERO risk of reprisal?
