I'm playing castlevania dawn of sorrow and the Swap Screen Mode is kind of annoying because the toggle button is attached to a moveset so I'm backing away from enemy attacks while the screen is swapping and I can't seem to disable it? Why?

I've looking for a ds emulator that can run games good not worried about visual graphics as i run MelonDS on my windows 10 laptop but it slows down at the worst times so i was thinking of downloading this or find out how to optimize MelonDS's setting any advice would help

Replace the steam build with the standalone one and you get the best of both worlds until they push a lousy update.

I haven't felt the need to really revisit it yet. Emudeck optimizes settings on install. Outside of a few personal preferences on N64 video plugins and GameCube controls I haven't had to adjust a thing on the Deck. The decky loader setup is important to lock CPU speeds for more demanding emulation though so, glad I got that covered!

That's showing you where your cursor is. Get a touch screen monitor and set the emulator to use touch screen instead of a mouse or joystick to get rid of it.

So the only thing I wanted to do was switch my melon ds core to desmume from the rom that I installed to my homescreen using steam rom manager so I can use cheats without having to keep opening up retroarch or emulationstation to play one game but it doesn’t allow me to any solution?

Idk about the pc version but on mobile there is an option to enable touchscreen in the settings menu
