thanks for the video ! i thinks that could be my problem , i have a rtx 4070 ti super but my msi crad is old and same for my ryzen 5 3600 , maybe will upgrade all of this someday but for a price 💀

Ahh yes that'll potentially be it! On the plus side, whenever you are eventually able to upgrade the rest of your kit, it should be a huuuge improvement overall :D I feel it though, the price...

If I had to guess the ryzen 5 3600 is bottlenecking ur 4070 ti hard. I have a 3060ti and I use to have a 5 3600 but I upgraded to a 5 7600 and saw a sizeable performance increase

My 4070tisuper matched with the 3950x is super nice. Upgraded from a 2070super. Worth it! Esp since AMD is releasing their new chips this month!

I always turn off the clouds too! Even with my strong PC, they flicker and add to the clutter of the game. Hopefully Wildcard will optomize them better someday.

At the start of the video when you say that playing on Server isn’t as “resource heavy” as single player, does this also apply to console? Meaning playing on private server on console may gain some frames or graphic qualities?

That's a good question! I don't know for certainty, but I ASSUME it's the same, I also think because consoles arrive "premade" with their preset components, it should hopefully be more optimised overall? Where as every person's PC setups vary so much, there's too many variables to optimise for

Yes running on a server compared to single player is an even bigger deal on console. It is known that the CPUs of modern consoles are insufficient for ASA so the game has more performance issues in single player on console

Hey I'm having trouble Paleo Ark. I am on Xbox, and I have it installed, but it's not working. I haven't seen any Evo Rexes, and actually, after I downloaded the mod and did a dino wipe, I had to do a second one to see even one Rex after flying around for over an hour. When it did spawn, it was still the vanilla Rex I tamed it and checked for the conversation option but nothing was there. Any info on what I might be doing wrong or what the issue could be and how to fix it?

Have you rebooted ARK since downloading the mod? It sounds silly but I've noticed I've had to do that a lot lately to get mods to "kick in". The conversion option not being available makes me thing that ARK doesn't even realize the mod is enabled yet

Well, due to the amount of console commands I use to help with performance, my game fully crashes when I try to exit and re-enter the world. So I would think that counts right? If it does, then it still didn't work.

Hi, ASA Xbox player here, wanting to change to ASA on PC. I was wondering if I should go for a 4070 or 4080 and if there will be a big difference. Also, should I go Intel or AMD? What difference will this choice make?

Of course a 4090 woukd be best, but get a 4080 super if you can, it's cheaper and slightly better than the regular 4080. For gaming cpu go with an amd like the ryzen 7 7800X3D 2hich is one of the best gamjng cpus currently, or another one of the amd X3D models like 7950X3D
