I love HW, but you’re missing a few facts from what I have watched thus far: 1. The REAL reason why the PCA has been moved to March is ‘buying’ timing for more than half of all B&M’s. Their summer season is their biggest selling season to their customers/members. Previously, they would buy at the show in July/August, but wouldn’t receive their show purchase until September/October and miss the height of their season. Now, they should get deliveries in April/May and be fully stocked for the summer. 2. As an attendee of the show, the best hotel and cigar bars to be at is the closest hotel or the hotel ‘attached’ to the convention venue. The LVCC’s closest hotel is the Westgate, the old Hilton. Unfortunately, attendees don’t care for that property as it’s OLD and there’s not a lot happening there. At the Sands Expo Center, The Venetian (one of my favorites) and everyone wanted to stay and smoke there. That’s it for now. As a 25 year cigar industry veteran, and someone that started attending these shows since 1995 (I believe) in Cincinnati (can you believe that?) when it was known as the RTDA, I feel like I know a thing or two!

Economy is terrible. In my industry I am definitely seeing a slow down.
