I have seen other video that required taking off the air filter box, without having to remove the headlight, to get to the reservoir. I found that your way of doing it is the best and easiest way. During this process we didn't introduce air pockets so there was no need to "burp" the system.

When refilling the system, how would you go about doing so so that the entire system is full without any air pockets? Because its the expansion tank cap the only place to fill coolant? Please help on how to properly fill/bleed.

After running the car for a 30 minutes , wait until the car cooled down , if there is air you will see the coolant expansion thank level dropped. Refill tank level to full will work.

Was bleeding the system part edited out or not needed?

Wasn't needed since no air bubbles were introduced by using the stoppers.

Is there a difference in the coolant tanks? They look exactly the same just one is more pricey than the other.

I'm sure there are minor differences. Sorta like choosing brand vs. generic.

While performing this job I accidentally drop the 6mm bolt that attached the resovior bracket to the car body and the 6mm bolt that attached the tank to the body. They fell somewhere in the engine area below. Nobody has this bolt. Any ideas on how I can source them??

I'd look behind the fender liner and/or remove the undercarriage panels to find them. If not, try sourcing metric bolts from your local hardware store. Might also consider finding a local junkyard that might have a Cayenne or reach out to a Porsche dismantler. Good luck!

Honestly don't remember which one I used. I took the replacement tank to the hardware store with me and matched it up. I got a couple extras (different sizes) just in case as well.
