Hi. Thanks for this. Very informative. I wonder, however, if I can run a triplot here, for example, showing the relation of environmental parameters against species in a 5 sampling site?

If environnemental parameters are the column of your data set and species the rows, you can perform a PCA, and then colour the species according to the sampling site the species were. The sampling site must be a categorical and supplementary variable.

1. Use the "Lines of code" button to obtain the lines of code. The first line of code complete the dataset. You can then copy and paste this line and use the object: dfcompleted
