I'm a bit confused about how to use MFA if all the variables are the same in the 2 groups. For example, I would like to run an MCA by considering sex grouping (M vs F). Is this possible with MFA?

It seems you could simply create one categorical variable (e.g. gender) with M and F and indicate it in type of each group using 'n' as it has been done in the example
