It is an investment but it will save alot of money n time. Teams will not require protocol or forces to protect them even the other cricketing boards will b highly satisfied if they will have any security concerns

This is the culture from army they want to build their own rest houses instead of using already available private hotels and these type of army rest houses are always use by the army officers their families their relatve and even their friends a lot of people who are not entitled for this facility Also hotel management is a science many countries offer degree programs in hotel management I don't think PCB has no idea for this

Lahore has already shortage of luxury hotels. In peak seasons you won't find rooms in hotels. Many hotels are under construction. Nice addition by PCB

In my suggestion,it wasn’t that primarily needed.rather they could upgrade the stadiums which was utmost needed unfortunately,again keeping aside the basic need we went for luxury,typical pakistani thungs😢

Jahil admi PCB government se budget ni leta na awaam ke peso se cricketers ko salary milti h. Yeh PCB ka apna revenue generate hota h sponsorships se aur ICC se jo cut milta h har saal. PCB ulta Government ko TAX pay krti h. Financially independent hai PCB. 4 jamatay parh leni thi

It was need of time to have luxury hotel near stadium. Many 4 star hotels around stadium available. But 5 star Big hotels are away from stadium so lot of problems.
