Sending love to native Lahoris whose families left Lahore after partition. Being a native Lahori I know Lahore still lives inside their hearts. I start missing my beloved city even if I’m in first world cities because there’s nothing like Lahore. I’m happy to inform you that Lahore is as beautiful as always with green belts full of flowers and lots of trees. We’re preserving old buildings and our walled city authority is now restoring lots of previously neglected old buildings. There’s a ban on demolishing old buildings even if they’re restored they’ve to keep the facade as it was previously. I wish all Lahoris could get special visas and visit their city whenever they want because Lahore, Lahore aye ❤

Majority of Hindus & Sikhs who migrated from Pakistan to India were economically well off, whereas majority of the Muslims who migrated from India to Pakistan in 1947 were not well off. To sum up, Hindus & Sikhs got the rough end of the stick, whereas Muslims benefitted. In 1990, the forced exodus of Hindus from Kashmir valley even worse since it only affected Hindus (Kashmiri Pandits) who still are awaiting justice.

Don't do Hindu Muslim here. Sawarkar was the first person to speak about Two Nation Theory in 1937 and afterward Jinnah. During Quit India movement in 1942, Sawarkar and Shama Prasad Mukherjee and RSS along with Jinnah and Muslim league formed government in 3 states, North West Frontier, Sindh and Bengal whereas Congress leaders were put in jail for not cooperating with the Britisher. Infact RSS were supporter and informer of the Britisher.

Partition was done because of demand for Pakistan by Muslim league, and therefore a new country of Pakistan was carved out of India in 1947 for Indian Muslims.
