But the problem with drop in pitches is that they offer lesser amount of pace, bounce or spin as compared to conventional static pitches, also drop in pitches mostly remain flat and this behavior remains almost identical over the five days of a test match as there is not sufficient amount of the conventional wear n tear on these drop in pitches, which could normally lead to a boring draw...
