I noticed after I started taking vitamins and increasing my veggies my hair grew back in some much more. They are high in iron. Especially spinach. It helped regulate everything. Magnesium is also a big deficiency as well for ppl suffering with PCOS. Great video per usual! ❤

I have PCOS & stage 4 endometriosis. I just started losing my hair too. My dermatologist put me on Spironolactone which helps with the PCOS and helps with hair growth. I take all of those vitamins and iron on a regular basis.

I love that you touched on more causes of hair loss..I struggle with severe iron deficiency and protein deficiency and my hair is ✨thinnn✨ …never even realized it effected my hair until I started getting iron infusions and started on protein supplements and my hair isn’t intensely thick..never will be but it def made a difference ! The thinner patches at the front grew in better and I don’t shed as much….health is important y’all! Crazy the chain effect of vitamin deficiencies. We def need to take it more seriously Your hair is gorgeous, baby !!! Love the curls 😍🙌🏽 MELTING SPRAY FOR BROWS ?! ….I’m trying this immediately lol

Oh wow, I’m sorry to hear that you’re dealing with this, I hope you get over it soon.. never intended to hurt anyone or cause any harm. Was honestly just giving a product I know that worked for me and many others. And my face was horrible, no form of medication or dr remedies didn’t work. Nothing did, until I stopped using makeup all together, tried this product and a gentle face cleanser. Also, sometimes even the vitamins we are consuming can cause a lot of adverse side effects such as hair loss and our skin to flare up. I’d try cleansing as well. And please don’t knock any suggestions or tips unless you try it. You never know🤷‍♀️ …so dnt take my comment as backlash or criticism, no pun intended.

It depends on what stage of alopecia you’re in if you don’t do anything for years it will be harder to bring it back. It runs in my family. Most women in my family have it. One had a procedure and done by a dermatologist and it’s coming back. Different things work for different people. If it’s a deficiency just change diet and take supplements. But if it’s because infection there are medications that can be prescribed. Topical can be treated by professionals and they can do surgery/or non surgical procedures. It just depends what kind of alopecia people have.
