Oh dear, if in doubt read the instructions ! I have the same pump and presumably the same instructions in Chinese English. 1. Check that the seals for the pressure gauge and whip are located in the pump block before assembly. 2. Fit the gauge and whip and tighten by hand + 1/2 turn with spanner. There is absolutely no need to use thread tape! 3. The instructions specifically state not to over tighten the gauge. 4. When complete, using the blank in the quick release fitting, test to 3000psi and check for air loss - you would have saved a lot of effort had you done that. When pumping, allow a second at each end of the stroke for the air to transfer between the three stages, after all it’s not a race.

Besides, you should take a rest every 50 pumps. Open valve to let vapor, water and heat out. Then, shut the valve to restart next 50 pumping.

PCP (Pre - Charged Pneumatics) airguns - high pressure pellet guns that can shoot a lead pellet at supersonic speed and can use larger calibers than .177 (they even have a 50 cal PCP air rifle). The original intent of the pump did not have "paintball" in mind, so none of the "P" in PCP stands for paintball. Just a happy coincidence that paintball and airsoft are using the same fill valves for our HPA.

I payed 100 Canadian for mine shipped in 2 days from Amazon. Different model than the one you got, very similar. Well worth the price.

So...you didnt try it prior to making this video amd youre ranting and raving how awesome it is before its even assembled?

Well I was gonna say awesome video until ya broke the fitting but I do wanna say I just bought this from Amazon 4/7/21 and it was at my door 2 days later 4/9/21. I paid $49.99 for mine. I do have to agree, it is built solid!! Also while pumping up something, it's recommend that you stop and take breaks so the pump don't get to hot. I really haven't used mine yet because I wanted to watch some videos to make sure I'm properly using it. I know it's a chore to do it with a hand pump but will absolutely save me money down the road.. One more question? Did you ever get a new piece and fix it? If yes how did it work for you?

If you want the pump seals to last a long time you have to pump it slow and steady so it never gets warm while your pumping . Pumping to fast is the main reason the seals leak in a short time of use . take a break about every 5 minutes for at least 2 minutes the slower you pump the longer you can pump without stopping . Let your body weight do the work on the downward pump . Let it take a good 5 to 10 seconds to reach the bottom when the pressure starts to increase . I would take it apart and re-lube every thing before I would use it again after the way you treated it or your just going to destroy the seals because you got rid of all the lube it had to start with .

You will kill all high pressure orings if you pump so much that you can feel the heat on the outside tube!!! Imagine how hot it's there in that small high pressure tube...

I have Beeman QB chief II plus. The tank is 136cc. I pump 50 times to get 1000 psi. Take a rest and open the valve to let vapor and heat out. Then, next 50 pumps to reach 2000 psi. The last 50 pumps is kind of tired to 3000 psi.

ahhh haha teflon tape will not help you there man, those are straight threads. What you needed to do was replace the oring. teflon tape only works on tapered threads because it allows the tapers to wedge together tighter forming a seal. The oring with tape over it is like a double gasket. That will leak forever no matter how tight it is. realistically a 1/4 turn past hand tight would be tight enough.
