without a dedicated GPU, i think this CPU is the best budget gaming build (with 4 cores / 8 threads), it also has Radeon Vega 11 iGPU which is equivalent to GTX 750 or GT 1030. Plus, you can always buy a more powerful dedicated GPU later when this shortage of graphics card ended

The problem with this processor is that if you're going to game, then it is far more sensible to get any cheap Core 2 Duo processor and any entry level GPU. You get far better performances for the same money.

AMD's R5 3600/R3 3100/R3 3300x are better choice because if you're trying to change to Intel you'll need to buy new motherboard(waste of money) and 9th Gen Intel CPU's only supports 2666mhz so waste of money on the 3200mhz you had. And plus, you can use your current motherboard for the Processors I've recommended.

Yeah for an APU this is honestly great. My old intel 4690 could never do this. And keep in mind consoles have been running at 30 fps forever so this is pretty decent. You can actually play the games without buying an expensive gpu

Yep, instead you should use an 8x2gb ram dual channel on an AMD APU since iGPU rely on the systems ram and it will definitely increase the performance and fps on games.
