Just a tip, If you want crystal clear smoothed graphics you should go under internal resolution and set it to "4x Native" and turn on FXAA contrast sharpening to "sharpen and resize display resolution" you can also turn dithering to completely off to remove the muddy texture overlay, it looks absolutely amazing on my RTX laptop

You can feel obvious input lag especially playing those SNK fighting games collections, such as KOF collection, Final Fury collection, etc. I guess it is because these collections are actually running a SNK arcade emulator itself, so it is an SNK NEOGEO emulator within a PS2 emulator, and the input lag issue gets amplified.

Thanks a lot for the guide. That helped me a lot. I was using Retroarch for a while with PS2 games but there would be scenes where the image flickers and jumps until I start playing which is so annoying. Wanted to see what PCSX2 was like and it seems a lot more stable.

I use 2 monitors, how do I get the mouse cursor to stay on one monitor or in the emulated game? The right stick on my controller controls the mouse cursor and will go off onto my second monitor and whatever buttons I press in game are also pressed on my second monitor

Thanks for the guide. But for some reason my controller is tied to my keyboard hotkeys like how (I'm using the Xbox controller) when I press B, I do the action but at the same time my game pauses. Also when I pause my game I also pause the Emulator. Is there a way to fix this?

Disable the hotkeys of the emulator, it's somewhere in the settings

Yeah, go to Settings -> Controllers On Global Settings click on "Enable Mouse Mapping" Then go to Controller Port 1 and configure the right analog inputs and the rest of the buttons It will feel very janky though, as it's not designed to play games that way

i have issue... so for some reason whenever i press circle, the emulator paused when i press [select] the emulation speed doubled i press L3 and it open some sort of menu... and i have no idea how to ACTUALLY use the controller. its as if some button is hardlinked to certain function like a hot key, but i have no idea how to remove these. there's nothing in the [hot key] except keyboard

Do the same controller setup for port 2 If you went through the initial setup already then on the emulator go to Settings -> Controllers -> Controller Port 2

Weird that there's no option, but you can setup a controller again on Settings > Controllers > Controller Port 1

This happened to me too. I downloaded the Stable version, and the same thing happened. Then I just did the direct install option on the Stable version, not expecting it to work, and it did. I’d try that. Something is up right now with the download versions.
