I have a problem. When the game builds the SPU cache it just randomly closes when its almost finished installing and i have the game from the same source as you. Any idea why it closes?

Hi, I did everything you described to play GT5 (downloaded and installed RPCS3, updated firmware 4.91, inserted the game into the "games" folder of the emulator, updated the game with "rusty", set everything up as you did), but when I start the game it tells me: "The PS3 application has likely crashed, you can close it.", then in the "Log" under the emulator I got a message in blue or purple (I'm colorblind) that says: "F {PPU[0x1000010] Thread (ksF3) [0x00a75a5c]} VM: Access violation reading location 0xc (unmapped memory)", in addition to other various lines written in red. The game files that I inserted into the "games" folder of the emulator (PS3_GAME / PS3_UPDATE / PS3_DISC.SFB) I took directly from the original GT5 disc (European Version). What could be the problems? Thank you.

wassup bro, thank you gor the guide, my game is working great but only when I'm at coach franks, as soon as I hit the streets and do the first mission my game crashes in 10 seconds, it's always the same amount of time, my pc specs are: Ryzen 5 3600x and 1660 TI with 32gb ram, I have no idea why the emulator keeps crashing, I tried different settings but idk what could fix it.

been fiending to play RAC ToD latley, but I gave my copy to my brother a while ago, finally downloaded this emulator, seems like rpcs3 has come a long way since i first heard about it A LONG time ago, so excited to finally be able to play again, and on PC no less, where i game now. so cool to play ps3 games in PC.
