They want to be creative compared to the arcs they ripoff....I get it..otherwise people would get bored watching the same arc story told in 60 minutes

From what I understand, TFS wasn’t sure if they were going keep Nail hence the line, “I should fade into your subconscious... sooner or later.” They left it open. But he was hilarious as a voice in Piccolo’s head, so stay he has. :)

Almost all of the DBZ movies were basically just arcs from the anime. Lord Slug: the King Piccolo arc of Dragon Ball. Tree of Might: Saiyan Saga. Cooler 1: Frieza Arc. Cooler 2: Mecha Frieza. Android 13: Android Saga mixed with Cell Saga. Broly: Cell again. Bojack: Gohan Vs Cell. Janemba: Buu Saga (first form Janemba was Fat Buu, Super Janemba was Super Buu) Hirudagarn: Also Buu Saga, but meant to focus on the Fusion and Super Saiyan 3. Apparently to do Lord Slug, Takahata moved his jaw off center to slur his voice. He did it slightly less after King Piccolo, I mean Lord Slug, got his youth back. My favorite line was "It's like one drill in one ear, and another drill in the other ear, *and they're meeting in THE MIDDLE!"*

You forgot how dead zone is just the raditz mini arc and pilaf arc combined...piccolo goku team up to beat a gremlin like otherworldly foe who kidnaps gohan and collect the balls to make a wish to rule the world and gohan helps save the day with mysterious plot device power ....it's just pilaf if he was way stronger so gohan has his own small emperor complex character to go up against like goku had as a kid mainly at first and pilaf was the one who let piccolo out in the first place so it connects..and a lot of world's strongest while creative in small aspects in the end just took elements from the series as well like kaioken x 3 kamehameha in a beam struggle being used and spirit bomb and saibamen type designed lackies and evil scientist with cyborgs and bio warriors kinda like the red ribbon army just a hair tweaked so its not a total rehash of the saiyan saga and red ribbon army

Broly second coming was probably one of the most creative writing wise of the 13 dbz movies somehow which is crazy to think about cause its just a rehash of the 8th film a year later lol...the first half is like an adventure quest in a fantasy game which isn't like anything in the show since the early parts of the first arc of the manga aka the pilaf arc.....not having vegeta or piccolo show up is pretty neat...and you don't get any kururin either...or like chi chi or much goku even...they tried something different with videl vs broly like wtf

The reoccurring problem with the early 90s DBZ movies is their always rushed. The best ones to me were the Cooler Revenge and first Broly movie

Cause it's the same plot done by toei not even 6 months later....it's insane they did the same movie 2.5 times in a row with cooler just doing a similar thing except he wants to blow up earth not take it over and at least he has a revenge vendetta towards goku for supposedly killing his brother

goku kills drum...and tambourine...he would of killed cymbal but yaj did it first..he may have killed some of the red ribbon army...but we don't know...he killed officer black for sure...he for sure kills animals to eat pre series and during it so...it is what it is...he kills boo kinda but then wishes for him to return..not sure if he meant to kill freezer...and he tried to kill cell...

Actually it was proven, that Dragonball Z Bojack unbound wasn't hard to do, there was a group who done it, even kept it in the same styles as TFS, and it was actually decent, the only problem was is that they didn't had the same equipment
