You definitely got the mind of a true engineer. I purchased the same Chrome Bronze edition in July last year. I really just checked the visuals and found a scratch on the tail light cover, RE promised to change that part on first service which they did. But I wasn't knowledgeable enough to check all the stuff you've explained in this video. My good luck, everything was okay so I never faced any problems till now!

@@alongwithamit. my delivery is on Sunday can you please suggest me any points that you have lost in this video , also as any lamination needed for chrome and maintenance? You are not making video on that.

Lamination or ppf is good but only if it is a single piece of sheet throughout. Because of the chrome tank emblem the sheet has to be cut on its edges which can lead to dust formation inside. A potential option can be, to remove the tank emblem and pads to install the sheet and then reapply. Which I’m not so sure about at this point of time. I’ll definitely update if I plan something.

I didn’t even know that we can ask for a parts change. I bought Creta while delivery it was 150kms driven and dirt marks around the car and I’m not sure if there were any scratches that time. I didn’t even know if I could ask for parts change. Without checking anything I taken the car to home. Informative video and an eye opener.

Good video 👍🏻👏🏼 and very informative. I also checked my motorcycle at time of delivery but I haven't checked beneath the pillion seat yet. Also, there is a sticker on bike which shows when the motorcycle was manufactured so I checked that one too but I think that doesn't matter.

Teknik motorcycles in Bangalore was about to sell me a damaged/ test ride vehicle. Luckily I insisted that I'll see the vehicle before i make the final payment. And in the godown, they showed me a vehicle which in close inspection turned out to have fallen on one side. The cluch lever was bent. They told me they will change the mud guard and lever and give. I told thanks and cancelled the booking altogether...😂
