PDP Will Lose Edo State If They Don’t Accept Me As Candidate - Shaibu

The Deputy Governor of Edo State, Philip Shaibu, has warned the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) that failure to accept him as its candidate in the State governorship election will spell doom for the party in the state.
Asue Ighodalo won the PDP primary at Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium in Benin City on Thursday; Philip Shaibu won the parallel election at a different venue.
Speaking on the development on Channels Television’s Sunrise Daily on Friday, Shuaibu maintained that he is the authentic candidate of the party for the September 21 election, saying that Edo people do not want Ighodalo whom he said is not homeboy.

Atiku was so desperate to be Nigeria President that he couldn't wait for President Obasanjo to complete his 8 years rule before he started quarrelling with Obasanjo. Because of ex- VP Atiku's lack of patience he has spent over 20 years to be President of Nigeria and lost each time. Atiku would have could have waited just 4 years after Obasanjo 2nd tenure to become President, but threw all that opportunity to the bin. Philip Shaibu's desperate move to be Edo Governor after 8 years as house of assembly member, 8 years as deputy governor and 4 years as House of REP member has made him suffered political failure like ex VP Atiku. Shaibu may never be governor of Edo State in years to come if he continue to commit more political suicides by declaring himself sole contestant and sole winner of PDP governorship primary election against all constitutional procedures.

Atiku's issue with Obasanjo started 2006 when Obasanjo was planning 3rd term bid. Atiku would have been President 2003 and won Obasanjo but for National Peace he allowed Obasanjo 2nd term after which he will take over but Obasanjo's greed wanted 3rd term which Atiku and others scattered he started fighting Atiku. Atiku is the only peace loving liberal politician in Nigeria

Delegates went to the rightful Venue and were not allowed. That means the one that produced Asue was the rightful venue. So why then were you not in attendance at that venue? It therefore means that the one in your house was an adhoc primaries, with only you as the candidate. So you will go to court and tell them that 1. The primaries that produced me didn't hold in the designated venue but in my personal residence 2. I was the only candidate in the primaries 3. There were no INEC officials 4. There were no PDP national officials 5. There was no accreditation Please court, based on the above I want you to declare me the rightful flag bearer of the PDP in the gubernatorial election in Edo When the judge is not mad
