Hi Ian, The 27th did not produce the biggest set of the year but the waves were super powerful and at 50+ feet -- the powerful surge in the wave resulted in a ton of wipe-outs and at least 15-20 boards were destroyed on this day - not the biggest wave but the most carnage for 2016 so far this season - more swells still coming!
