Thank you for this! I have found that when using the fonts within PE-Design they don't always end or start with an anchor stitch or a lock stitch and the letters will unravel. Do you know how to create the anchor or lock stitch within PE-Design?

artzology - the software creates files in formats that most embroidery machines can use. I am assuming your machine reads a PES or a DST format.

HI Terry. I'm trying to delete part of a design. I used the left side of the mouse, like in the video, highlighted what I wanted deleted, went to the arrow, clicked on it, the arrow highlighted the whole design. What am I doing wrong?

If I choose a larger hoop size than my design... when I embroider will I always have to use that size? Ex: my design is 5 x 7 but I choose 91/2 x 91/2 ?

Michalee Sloan - as long as your design will fit in a smaller hoop, you should be able to do so. There is one setting on page 2 of the design page that will not allow your design to be centered. You will know it when you go to the machine if you inadvertently selected it.

my hoop sizes only show into mms, is there a way I can change them to inches please?

Click on the left inside corner of the ruler box to quickly change between mm and inches.
