One qn pandey Sir on NKP movie....is it fine to see the movie who are under 16? Will it affect their studies and mind set?Especially girls....? Or can it be seen by children who are under 13 ? Few of my friends says its very good movie and it's better to see after 16.... because it does make a strong impact...it may disturbs their studies for a while.

@@manickam94 friend, do not mistake me. In one of our friend's family, the poor girl left the job as her husband is earning good and they had twins too. But the man died before seventh year wedding day. Now everyone diplomatically avoiding and her parents can't help as they themselves are depending on their son. But some how after many unsucessful, she got a job and now her brother ready to take her with him. But she preferred to live nearby and see them daily than living with them and go through once again any unpleasant acts. My opinion is the employees must give or grant leave for parents alternatively to parents, till the baby reaches at least one and half or two years or make provisions that the mother can rejoin in her job after two years which will help many. And giving readinable flexible time to mothers till kids join their first standard as many basic things can be thought to them in that age. This is only a sugestion.

Girls and women taking job for their own security, future and family. Security, nobody knows what will happen the next moment and if they are unmarried, nobody want to take responsibility or if taken they will loose their freedom and you know all. Future, even if married, if she becomes widow or divorcee, then once again she needs financial support to lead a dignified life. Family, today's financial burden is such that even to live with bare basic needs we need money. And we have not only kids, but elders to support. Do not think i am arguing the jobs is must but the reasons behind it. Some questions, why give a small raise in the pay for employees but raise in all commodities, which common people find hard to cope up? Why not education in reasonable fees? Free education till +2, then minimum upto graduate, a somewhat higher fees for profesional courses? After that for higher that is, for P.G and research, one can have the correct fees as everyone can get further education by working too.

Because everyone should at least some job or work. An unemployed or uneducated (are there any), girl will do all the household chores and look after her family when the husband earns. What men do if they are not working? Using the women's income and do all bad things, like going to liquor shop,scoulding the women in bad languages and he is mentally disturbed and feeling inferior even if the wife bent over backwards to please him. A man think it is below his dignity to be in home while the women earn but many do not try hard for a job, any even if they get a job, these people are the ones who will put brakes but bame others.
