oh wow that amazing : ) Congratulations! What did you get? I've got a maple Christina. It was an exciting moment choosing. Getting your own instrument is just wonderful. And it should be easier for you playing the piano already. I love John, he's a lovely man. I'm sure he helped get me on the Dodo ultimately ha! How's it going so far with playing?

A cherrywood Christina! Snap... I chose it after looking at harps from USA, I remembered walking past John’s shop when on a yoga & song retreat a year ago, and yearning to play... but was during storm Dennis Amazingly, the yoga teacher (now a friend) worked in John’s shop before, so she helped to send it. I love playing this harp, and found a lovely position of lying with harp on my chest, so feel the soothing vibrations. I feel more in tune... 😄

I was going to get the 🍒 and had my heart set on it, then when I was in the shop there was also a maple harp and after much playing and comparing, the maple won! It was a really fun time as John guessed which one I’d choose and put a sticker on the stool while I was outside deciding. Then when i’d made my choice he said ‘turn over the stool’ and there it was....maple! He’s a lovely man. Are you going to have lessons?
