Outstanding workmanship and finish. ഉടമസ്ഥൻ നേരിട്ട് നിന്ന് ചെയ്യിപ്പിച്ചതിന്റെ ഗുണം അറിയാനുണ്ട്.. ഇത് സാധാരണക്കാർക്ക് കൈയിലൊതുങ്ങുന്ന തരം വീടല്ല .. ചില ഡിസൈൻ പോരായ്മകൾ ഇതിലുണ്ട്: 1) Floor touching windows കൊടുക്കുമ്പോൾ താഴെ ഒരു Brick Height ( 6 inch ) ഉയർത്തി കൊടുക്കണം ; വെള്ളം കയറാതെ. 2) വാതിലിനു നേരെ വരുന്ന COURTYARD കുഴിയിൽ കുട്ടികൾ വീണു കാലൊടിയാതെ FENCING കൊടുക്കണം, 3) അടുക്കളയ്ക്ക് വെളിയിൽ വിശാലമായ WORK AREA വേണം ( for all types of general works, washing machine, etc ).

Nice house.Colors are very soothing to the eyes. Concept of NADU MUTTAM is different from the old.Also common bath rooms are quite uncommon in such houses as they are uncomfortable in practice. .The work done is very neat and clean.

Construction using EPS / XPS , Steel mesh & concrete material is the way to go. This will give Thermal insulation on all the Walls as well as on the roof slabs. This method of construction will reduce the overall cost of construction by 35%, structure weight by about 50% thereby reducing the cost of foundation, reduce heat radiation inside the rooms by 90%. This type of construction is the way to go, to manage the rising temperatures in Kerala. Could you please do an episode on this new Construction methodology.
