Today's meditation comes to us from one of the sweetest little coves we've seen yet. Welcome to Dropsey Bay, AKA Lover's Cove on the Caribbean island of Anguilla.
One look at this darling little stretch of sand and it's not hard to see why this beach is nicknamed Lover's Cove. There is so much to love about this beach and its soothing ocean sounds.
Let's close our eyes and feel the calm of Dropsey Bay...
Listen to the roar of the ocean waves breaking on the reef...
Powerful and strong, this ocean's song soothes, soothes, soothes...
Almost like white noise, each wave replaces any tension with pure relaxation...
Turn your attention to the sound of the rippling waters of the still pool before you...
A calm tiny bay, let's soak sit here for the rest of the day...
Watch the puffy clouds as they drift by...
Marvel at the majestic mountains of St. Martin in the distance...
Without a soul around...
