What a beautiful mug you made. I love the glaze. And the video is so relaxing. Usually I am not a fan of music in demostrating videos, but the music you choose is low and relaxing. 🌺

Hi Andy. Great videos!! Subscribed and Liked each one so far. QUESTION: what is a Pukee, Pookie, Pukkie, (don't know how to spell it!) bowl and where would I get one? Also, where can I find a gourd rib? Thanks

Your style is outrageously unique! Im 15 and currently taking sculpture but my teacher lets us make ceramics. I was hoping you wouldn't mind if i copy your style? I just want to drink from a mug that i made.

Hello! Thanks for sharing! Do you prefer to join the base for your pieces like that? It is safer? Because , in general, I have seen to join the lateral side on the base,, thanks!
@SadurStudio3 жыл бұрын
Hi Marcela. Yup, it's super safe! I've always done it like that. But just don't forget to watch the bottom to make sure the joint have attached perfectly.😉

@@SadurStudio thank you! I love your videos. Now, i am trying with earthware, for me is all new, new learning,,, but, i feel that the stoneware is better, for its durability over time, it is reason your changed to this kind of clay? Muchas gracias!! Thank you!!!!

@myrss88323 жыл бұрын
@@SadurStudio oh i seee. so basically i wouldn’t be able to do this with regular home equipment like an oven?
@FollowYourDreamss3 жыл бұрын
So is this stoneware clay or earth ware?? get confused as the color seems earth ware
@SadurStudio3 жыл бұрын
It's a stoneware clay, they have a wide range of colors. :)
@sherrrrrryy5873 жыл бұрын
Hi Khonsa, I had a question. After handbuilding a piece for how long can it be stored before it's fired or glazed!?
@SadurStudio3 жыл бұрын
Hi Sherry. Once you have finished making your pottery, leave them for at least 3 - 7 days (depending on your weather and your pottery size) until they become dry perfectly (greenware). You can google the character of the greenware if you want to be more sure about it. And that's when you finally can fire them for bisque firing. Then, you can glaze them. Lastly, you have to fire them again for a glaze firing. Hope this explanation helps you. 😉

can I ask you where did you study ceramic craft ? what institute or university ? btw love your work so much!
@SadurStudio3 жыл бұрын
Hi! Thank you so much. I studied at Bandung Institute of Technology, Indonesia. The uni is actually well-known for its engineering majors, but they also have fine arts & design department, including this ceramic craft major. :)

i really need your help..what you use cover the table ? bcs i use the clear plastic its always stick.. and when i wants to roll them they stick..tell me..
@SadurStudio3 жыл бұрын
Hi, plastic indeed made your clay sticks. You can try to make them on a plywood board (no varnish), or maybe cover your table with a cloth. 😊
