Working out on our WaterRower & watching your video, I had an 'aha!' moment. Struggling through some personal things these past 4 years & thinking about the pandemic, my thoughts were always, 'it was this', 'it was that', 'it was the pandemic'. Now, IT is me :-} Having retired 8 months ago, it's been hard slowing down. Thanks, I needed this today.
