Listening to this really helps me concentrate my thoughts on the present moment. As someone struggling with almost no motivation to finish a phd and cross the final line, I find myself completely lost and anxious about what the future holds for me. Sometimes I feel like the reason why I keep holding myself back from achieving my goal of finishing is because I am actually scared of finishing. The worst part is that there is no one in mu circle, not even my supervisor, who can listen to me. I am now in tears writing this because o just realised that this is the first time I manage to acknowledge my feelings and put it out there , also the first time I cry in a long while… so thank you so much for making such deep and beautiful music. I pray that whoever reads this also gets to connect with their inner self!

I regularly face anxiety. I often overanalyze things and have a tendency to control every outcome. I have done Computer engineering. Left my IT Job to join the Indian armed forces. I gave it my all and still was conferenced out 5 times. and when I look back to my close encounters with my failures, it gave me a sense of humility but shattered the old me. the final day of my conference broke me into a million pieces that I still can't get over. I started seeking external validations and started to meet new people. guess what, it turned out to be an even more vulnerable situation for me. but here's a thing, I am working on me. I am feeling better. I will eventually overcome it. To all of those, who feel they have lost part of themselves while pursuing their dreams or becoming an individual who they may or may not aspire to be. I feel all of you. it is tough to hang on but hang on. we will make it through. Don't sell yourself short, do not lower your standards. The divine power will guide us all and give us the best for us. cheers.
