Duality is the hardest but most rewarding thing in the universe to retain. To think you held it for 4 years is a remarkable thing. You must have had such affinity. You should look them up! I bet a couple of them missing it too. People grow apart! Doesn't mean they can't grow bak together. If you're open to change and possibility all the bets are off. It's likely not on any one person. Over time and through out our life we lose our duality (or our sense of balance) and tend to go where we have to. We rarely get to actually make choices. We're very small things in an enormous universe. There are time we get to make choices. When we get to or have to make a stand. There are times when we're less than flotsam in the ocean though. Sooner or later you have to submit to something. Typically that which you hold no control over.

Rarely share my experiences but here I am: First time I've heard the first track in this mix I was in Lebanon. I was at a friend's house in the mountains with a view of the capital and the Mediterranean. We started to smoke some weed and a friend landed just few hours ago from Germany. He suggested that we listened to this. I started to listen and there it hit me. The entire perception of life hit me in a moment. The struggle and hardships, the falls and agony; I've only heard such emotions with people who came near death! Music truly inspired me. Lack of education, here in the US, did not make me realize how truthful I felt at the moment.

It's so weird coming back here and listening to these mixtapes again. These songs became a part of my life and I'm so grateful for Sheepy to share amazing music to people like you, me and everyone else. Also 2012 was 5 years ago... wtf??
