So, I began craving a moment of solitude-a time to recharge, to step away, and to return even stronger and wiser. Yes, I started meditating like 2 months ago and it's a very important part of my journey now : it's the first thing I do even before checking my phone's notifications. I think about what I'm thankful for in the past day and I quickly visualise the new one. It's very quick (5min each) but very efficient to start the day on the right foot !
