Lol, it is good to be careful around journals. Fortunately these pages can take a beating - even if a little rice or chicken dropped onto the page, the Tomoe River Paper (which is what they use in the Hobonichi) would let me dab it up with a lightly damp paper towel without issues. That said, I do indeed eat and drink carefully around it, hehe 😁💕

Ive just discovered your videos. I saw your desk tour and reorganization. I Wana ask. How do you work on a smaller desk space. I have a small desk too and it really bugs me

Hi, A. O! It does get messy ~ I have to tidy up periodically and I usually have things on the floor next to me. The biggest help are boxes and the sticker books. It made a huge difference between rifling through piles of stickers and just flipping through them in a book or setting boxes aside so I can write. The neat filing systems make it a cozy corner instead of a cramped one :)
