Super interesting episode! When they were talking about different types of learners about halfway through the episode, Susanna mentioned she had a hard time with audiobooks and podcasts because she gets lost in her own thoughts-----might be worth trying to speed up the audio on your audiobook/podcast app! I know it sounds counterintuitive to do so if you're losing focus, but the reason you're not able to focus is probably because your brain is processing way faster than the rate of speech from the audiobook/podcast. Speeding it up lowers the difference between your brain processing rate and the rate of speech so you're forced to devote more attention to it and therefore less likely to have your brain wander.
