I like that you kept most of the structural elements of the original layout. I kept the garage in mine, as well, but it was my first flip in the entire series, so it didn't even occur to me at that point to convert the garage into living space. Lol The living area looks realistic and lived in! Maybe it was just my eyes, but is the chimney portion of the fireplace not centered? The kitchen looks incredible, especially with those big windows to open up that space. I also like that the (completely full!) fridge took over the old laundry room underneath the stairs. :D I love the amount of details on all of the shelves on the second floor! It looks great. :) The bathroom us stunning, too. I agree with putting plants everywhere within a build, while not maintaining any in real life. They look gorgeous in games, where I can't forget to water them. Lol Thank you for sharing! I love seeing well designed houses and hearing the commentary regarding the thought processes behind them. :) Figured I'd leave a comment since you're still just starting out. ^_^

That’s what I like about some people who redo these house and keep it semi original layout of the home. I’ve seen some that they added so much that they pretty much destroyed the house completely and built of a new one and you can never tell what house it even was

Thank you! I like making the walls interesting with dimensions (I think that's what you meant). One down side is that it sometimes makes the area look small (in this instance the bathroom specifically), haha

Honestly, I'm so proud of the first flip I did in that game, I can't choose my favorite spot, haha. But it's really nice for me to know which specific parts other people like the most, so thank you. :)

I have only seen this video so far, so my apologies if this comment is no longer relevant. :) For the lighting, have you considered messing around with the settings in order to adjust the brightness in the smaller areas and to play with different values of warm and cool lighting? E.g. for the mood lighting / atmospheric lighting. I love that we have control over the lighting finally, as the often default warm lighting affects how everything else looks, making the colors look completely different with the lights on vs. off! :x But, I like how much attention you paid to the placement of several types of lighting and placement of the switches they're connected to. :)
