Peach banana strawberry smoothie

Now that summertime is nearing, I want to broaden my channel to include more smoothies. They're easy to make, delicious, and made with good ingredients they're also nutritious. This recipe is no exception. And this being springtime, it's also a good time to look for fresh ingredients in the store. If some fruits are out of season, frozen varieties offer a good alternative. Besides the fruits, this smoothie also includes orange juice.

Tasty. I use vanilla powder, OJ, frozen banana that I freeze in chunks on a sheet tray then bag, and peeled apple slices. My old school blender doesnt do well with peels or seeds so I avoid berries unless I use a berry juice. (Hortex brand from Poland mostly from my local market). I sub the oj out with carrot and/or apple juice. I found that using the bananas improves the flavor and texture of just about every combination I try. :) Thank you Dennis.

Chia seeds hmmm, I will have to try that. I usually use chocolate protein powder a frozen banana and ice cubes. I like mine slushy.. chia seeds will also thicken it I am assuming.

See if t You can contact Greg 's Kitchen in Florida and see if you can get in on some of his group projects. He has about 11 others and they do a theme. They recently did Marching in with Casseroles. The watchers have to watch each video and comment on it. The watchers get very nice prizes. I think there is only one prize but worth it. It helped several of them get more viewers. It seems you like to putter so you could contact some of the people you watch and see if they want to do a group deal.
