1 prebaked pie shell
4 large peaches
1 Tblsp cornstarch
1/4 cup lemon juice
4 large eggs
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt

1/4 cup sugar for sprinkling
Oven 350 degrees
