Cook 180c x 35 minutes, 5 minutes less would have been enough.
This was lovely as a dessert, a fresh summery dessert with ice cream 👍
Ingredients
Peaches halved and stoned
300g raspberries
30g Flaked almonds
100g caster sugar
100g plain flour
4. Eggs
200ggroud almonds
2 x tsp baking powder
100 ml milk
I tbls police oil
I tsp vanilla essence

That looked devine. I will have it on my Wimbledon Bake list.... Will need to work out to ingredients to make a smaller one as certainly not on my eating healthy plan but if I made a smaller one it would not be as bad 😊 I was stunned this week after being in Glasgow for few days with daughter and then back home and having to do high dose steroids I lost 7lb instead of my usual plodding 1lb a week so I had better stick with plan. My husband thinks my Haysapientia is just for decoration as have yet to use it as got home from Glasgow felt a bit flu like just thought hey hoo it will settle well blow me woke up in middle of night in excruciating pain have got blooming Shingles lordie does it hurt and has knocked me out of action. The nerve path it has popped up means every breath I take the pain flares so trying to keep me out of hospital with anti viral, high dose steroids and pain relief. So oven has just sat on table waiting with a do not consider touching sticker😂 I had a look thro all bits just thinking I might need to buy extra shelf, crisping tray and baking tray to get best combination of uses did you ones find that or is what it comes with enough do you find? I have come home to breeding Kenwoods as well I went to Glasgow knowing I had 2 come home to 4 all different versions dating from 1970's to last year I know I love baking but hmmm.... My daughter had said to her dad bring them here as she wants me to play about with them apparently so she can get one with a lighter bowl as hers a old one with solid white bowl that looks like Pyrex bowl, the other one she picked up has glass bowl which I wanted as love to see stuff mixing and my 2 have stainless steel so I guess that goes on my list to do. Today I have got back in kitchen as all freezer soup gone heck it was to no fruit or veg in house as husband been in charge of shopping however being resourceful I rummaged in bottom of fridge found some very sad Carrots, Jersey Royal, Neeps and a OK Onion within 45 minutes had a lovely steaming bowl of Vegetable Soup enough left to do a couple of days so back to bed for me. Listening to rain pelting outside and fire crackling when did we have summer. Hope your weekend is a good one 💜x

Hi faith, arched windows are prettier aren’t they. Yes mi duck it was ice cream, it was a lovely summer dessert. I love ice cream, we have an ice cream man come round called the dessert king. I call him the desert king 😂😂😂❤️ I hide behind the settee because he parks outside looking for me. His ice cream is the best though 😂😂😂😂😂😍🥰❤️😘👍

That is a luxurious treat for me .😁 Son has just called and invited me out for lunch but knowing him it will be a single Greggs sausage roll divided between 12 people.
