Just received the refining serum and matcha pudding. The matcha’s texture is insane, highly humectant. I was surprised by how watery the serum is, and when my skin is thirsty it feels very good and elastic right after. Also none have any perfume, matcha has a slight tea/grass scent, very nice. Im gonna give it few weeks. I have a good skin on my face (even though I have psoriasis on my arms), but I have some hyperpigmentation and wide pores, and I just wanna see if this routine helps. Sheet masks that were gifted, are tingly but my skin is not too sensitive so I felt the lifting/plumping effects

Hello i am interested in your products and i wanted to know some specific products recommendations. Here are my skin details and what i would like. I am african American female. I have sensitive/dry skin and am the color of caramel/honey. I am 41 but do not struggle with acne or wrinkles. I may get a pimple here and there and it may leave a dark blemish. Cleanser: i would like something that foams thats hydrating but does not strip the skin although good enough to remove makeup. Exfoliater: i would like something gentle enough to use daily that will keep my skin smooth and blemish free and radiate my complexion. Night cream: hydrating and thick. I dont care if its oily for me the more moisturizing/oily the better. Mask: i would like a mask i could use every other day that is deep cleansing but hydrating. Any recommendations would be helpful. Im new to your products and would like to try them. I am currently using dermalogica brand for my skin care needs which i have for 20 years but i feel its time for a change. Plus even though I’m 41 their products are pretty harsh and irritating to my skin so i have to be careful using too much “anti aging” ingredients because i find some of the acids exfoliants and scrubs are quite aggressive for my skin. Any direction would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hi, I just watched your video and I really concern for exfoliator mask. I usually exfoliate after water cleansing 1 or 2 times a week since I learned about 10 step Korean skin routine. I hear from dermatologists that facial oil should be after the moisturiser because it acts a barrier, especially if you have actives in your moisturiser, they won't be able to penetrate the barrier so it's useless
