@Peachies the trick is to use the table spoon to catch the tail of the noodle while scooping some soup in the spoon so it will swing around mad or you can rest all noodles on spoon and eat it along with some soup.

@Peachies Thanks anyway for the report. Fresh noodles are the bomb. I"m going to live in Taiwan at the end of the year, but needed an LA noodle/vegetarian fix before then. I'll keep searching for my vegetarian noodle joint here in Lala land.

+HoshiHikari it's actually extremely complex and last I heard, less than five people in the world know the entire recipe. There are a few successful ramen shops in Tokyo which are clearly Tsujita inspired and I wouldn't be surprised if some were started by former Tsujita employees.

Michelle, you look so tan = beautiful!!! Those noodles didn't look very authentic, but who knows, they probably taste wonderful like you said :) And I've never tried lime with noodles. If I don't like lime in my ice water, I doubt I'd like it on noodles xD

hungry.....So dip ramen is kinda like ordering noodles dry, with the liquid on the side. Viet shops serve their noodles that way if you ask them sometimes.

Chopsticks make much more sense and are easier to use than a fork. It gives you time to appreciate your food, versus just shoveling it in.
