No one is allowed to touch or hurt them, you will get FINE if you kill any of them with intention or not. Even when they are kicking or pecking your expensive car, you are not allowed to hurt them in anyway. The reason this male peacock is attacking this cab is because it saw its own reflection and thought it as a rival male peacock.

Here in Florida, we have sandhill cranes that do the same thing with shiny cars. But they have long beaks and long nails, so they actually chip paint off and scratch up you car.
