So to explain jinwoo capturing his pokemon i mean shadow He needs to do it closer to death time if the corpse he is summoning is been dead for so long it will fail Also his level needs to be higher than the pokemon So baruka needing to be 3v1 means jinwoo is not strong enough to capture him Jinwoo only got igris becoz of his talk no jutsu igris allowed himself to be summoned

In the Manhwa, Jinwoo stated after his encounter with baek yoonho the with the red gate completed, he’s now an s-rank. However, he’s just became one and isn’t as strong as your average S rank yet.

Not a spoiler (although HOW we get this information would be a spoiler so I can't say that), the shadows that come back exist only to serve Jin Woo. There's no forcing them to obey or anything, they just obey and they're happy about it. For example, Iron here was made from the guy who hated Jin Woo and tried to kill him, but from here on (as Iron) all he does is serve and try to impress/show-off his strength as a shadow soldier. It sets a pretty important precedent going forward.
