Peak Design has come up with quite a niche / peculiar product - A tote, but for photographers. Why do we say it's for photographers? because it comes with Peak Design's signature Flex fold dividers, which are excellent for camera gear. While we think this tote can be used just as a normal tote, we do feel that photographers or people with lots of small gear will get the most use out of this tote.

Actually, I like the black hole effect. I am using the v.1 of the Peak Design Everyday Tote with the backpack carry style. I am not a photographer and use it as usual bag. I was looking for a versatible bag. Few improvements are needed to be perfect. Hi from Hong Kong too! 😊

Nice review. The Peak Design staff say that that strap in the top rear of the bag is a luggage pass through strap for carrying the bag on your rolling suitcase such as when you are traveling through the airport.

Two cents on the divider stuff: I am a hobbyist photographer, and most times carry a camera and an extra lens & have a few PD bags, all with the flexfold dividers - that said I prefer having the dividers even when not carrying a camera: then its usually waterbottle, some groceries, maybe a rolled up layer of clothing, definitely my headphones... And I dont want my headphones to fall out when I pull my jacket out of my bag, nor the groceries to be all mixed up with my gym tshirt. The organisation the dividers bring, works in pretty much any situation imo. And if its not required, one COULD take them out entirely ;)

My favorite thing about the Pack Hacker channel is they do a 360 view of a person carrying the bag. This would be the only review video I’d need if you guys added that. Want to see more angles of the messenger mode. Just my 2c thanks!

Hi, just wondering if anyone has tried using this for a 15” laptop? I know the laptop sleeve is only capable of fitting a 13”, but maybe putting a bigger laptop in the main compartment (removing the origami sections) is doable? Almost ready to buy this but that’s the only thing I’m hesitant about

so i bought my wife the v1 charcoal and the v2 bone... they both have advantages and disadvantages... but because they are both peak design... they are quality! ps ... she doesn't do cameras but we live in the uk so we do do rain, hence peak design
