Thanks, Peak! I haven't been playing Valorant these days, but your videos remind me of the time when I was still into learning Cypher and the game. That was fun!

Glad to know the first two setups I came up with for B were identical to yours. I also found a goofy trip you can put in mid right after the round starts that kills anyone who attempts to jump down down over the rope in mid from the half of the walkway close to the wall. Not sure I'll ever use it but seeing it work was funny.

Great minds think alike 😌 Those goofy type of trips might not always work but they're really funny when they do. In matches where it feels like the enemies don't have any way to beat Cypher, it might be fine to try then 😁

A very thank you for the early setups, usually some of us do try to research about the map for certain support/lineup agents and thanks to this video, our preparation for this map learning becomes faster.

If you could lower the footage volume while explaining the set-ups, that'd be great. There were portions where I almost couldn't hear you over Cypher's voicelines. Thanks for the vid as always!

I felt so awkward setting up on A felt like i was one dimensional glad that there are some cool options playing a little further back so i can at least try to mix things up

I normally found really good set up atleast one every new map but only found like normal cages and deadlock might be the best for this map since you can hide her sensor for the plant site.

Yeah the invisible walls kinda blocks off a lot of cool cages and traps unfortunately. Hopefully it'll be fixed soon!

Theres 2 pretty good suicide trips that may only work in lower elo but still worth knowing both on B and one on the chipped block towards the attackers jump side that maybe they take a running jump. Not sure if that 1 kills them but they will be trapped and slowed on the ledge. The other is right on the very edge about to jump onto site that may get people full on rushing but It might not work too well as people get nervous on the jump so they take their time and will see the trip

Yeah I was considering adding that ledge trapwire to a setup but after learning that you can make the jump while walking (holding shift), it's a trap that has a high chance of getting cleared. In the preview test as well as unrated mode, typically everyone is playing for content or for fun and just yeet themselves forward super fast. It might look like it'll be a strong trap but I believe that once the map enters ranked mode and the pace slows down, it'll be cleared. So that's why I landed on excluding it. I might bring it back, who knows, but I'll make an update vid in that case 😊

@@GosuPeak True It depends on the situation because I watched it from a enemy pov and you really cant see it unless you walk to the very edge and clear it so it might only work 2 or 3 times in a game then you just move your trips

well ofc i'll explore more stuff on abyss with cypher but damn this vid had seriously gave me a huge head start to dominate abyss, even players are like shocked that i have insane setups wwhen the map just released hahahaha

You should stream marvel rivals and make content on it sometime if you're bored of valorant since you used to play overwatch. I think you will enjoy it.
